Support for TETware Partners is an integral part of the TETware Partner Program.  Helping to deliver solutions to our mutual customers, and keeping those customers working.

The TETware Partner is expected to take responsibility for first line support including all of the customization that they have done.  The Open Group will provide second-line support, on TETware specific issues, to help both your support staff and our mutual customer.  All of the features of TETware Support are available to TETware Partners (more . . .).

Our experienced Support team is available to provide support with the operation and integration of TETware.  If necessary they will carry out bespoke development work on your behalf helping you to deliver your product to market quicker than might be possible otherwise.

We will further support your team by providing experienced Consultants to work with (more . . .), or train, your own developers .
