The name of the current Scenario file is displayed next to the Scenario tree node.

Right clicking when you mouse is over the Scenario tree node displays a list of options.

The View Scenario Path option, when selected, opens the Scenario File Path name message box which displays the entire path to the Scenario file, and the scenario file name.  Click on OK to close this box.
