The Tool Bar is provided to allow the User access to certain frequently used functions.
It is possible to "dock" the toolbar into any of the edges of the GUI or to have the toolbar floating in it's own frame, this gives the User maximum flexibility as to the positioning of the toolbar.

| New Test Run
| When clicked this will create a new blank Test Run, the User will be prompted for
the Test Run name.

| Open an existing Test Run
| When clicked this will display a file selection dialog that the User can browse to
open an existing Test Run, a file filter of *.trf is provided
to find Test Run files quickly and easily.

| Save the Active Test Run
| When clicked this button will perform the same function as the "Save" function in the
"File" menu. Please see the links for more details. Note: this button will only work
when there is an active Test Run.

| This button starts the Test Run Setup (Basic) Wizard.

| Add a Scenario file
| When a test run is active, this button opens a file choser box and prompts
the user to select a Scenario File. The selected file is then added to
the active Test Run. If there is no active test run an error dialog
box is displayed.

| When a test run is active, this button takes the user to the Create
Scenario File tab.

| Execute Test Run
| When clicked this button will start the execution of the active Test
Run. The user is prompted for confirmation before the Test Run
executes.

| Run the TETware Report Writer
| This button generates a Report using the TETware Report Writer using the
Journal file specified in the TETware Report Writer tab.

| This button starts the process of extracting Journal file parameters and
