Alternate Config files tab



You are able to specify alternative configuration files to use other than the ones created by TETware when a Test Run is executed. These configuration files will be used and NO configuration files will be generated by TETware. You can choose to use one or more alternative configuration file. If you do not specify a configuration file for a mode of operation then TETware will generate that file. Please note that if you specify a value for any of these fields then that value will be used in preference to any options you specify in other configuration screens.


You can browse the file system by using the "Browse" button. Clicking the "Browse" button will display a file selection box which can be used to browse the file system. Clicking "Clear" will clear the contents of the text field.


The following alternative configuration files can be specified:


Mode of operationDescription
Build Specifying a valid file for the Build mode will force TETware to NOT build a configuration file for Build mode and will use the specified file instead.
Execute Specifying a valid file for the Execute mode will force TETware to NOT build a configuration file for Execute mode and will use the specified file instead.
Clean Specifying a valid file for the Clean mode will force TETware to NOT build a configuration file for Clean mode and will use the specified file instead.
